EndearingThis was out of the ordinary, even for Ebony.

As a robot made for the sole purpose of staving off the Earth's eventual apocalyptic end, she'd been in her fair share of scrapes.

Nothing was impossible where she was concerned. The perpetually ominous black sky, coupled with the barren and broken landscape of abandoned cities had already attested that the unthinkable was happening. It was the reason she was created, after all.

And yet here she was, the ultimate protector of humanity, lying propped up against a cracked slab of concrete while being cleaned and tended to by a human male.

When you grow up with Asperger's you learn to people watch.
Not so you can keep up on the latest social gossip, but so you can study body language and social interaction for later use.
You learn to observe and absorb the world around you for mutiple purposes.

That's another thing R.J. and I have in common is that we like to observe and analyze everything around us.
R.J. would do it even more than me just because of the fact that he has to to be a superhero.

But I feel like with Wesley the observation would be different. Not in a dirty, perverted way or anything, but R.J. wouldn't observe him to lean like he does with everyone else.
He just likes the way Wesley moves and acts. Plus he's constantly vigilant for signs of injury or other things that may be wrong with Wesley as well, which is another reason he observes him.
When he first met him Wesley wasn't used to it, but he eventually grew to like it too because it was how he knew R.J. cared

Probably R.J.'s favorite time to look at Wesley is when he's sleeping, since Wesley's a very deep and natural sleeper

Anyway, I was thinking of making myself an OC calendar, so I drew this and then realized it would make a good February picture

Probably things like "his breathing rate is fine", "his heart rate is good" with the occassional "his sleeping face is so cute" or "his hair is so soft" tucked in there every so often

Like always your drawings of them both just get me more hooked everytime. ^^
I really like they're relationship, it's very strong and well done. I almost feel these two have a story that could pass to the real world.
